Walsh Averages
For a Sample $\mathbf{x} = ( x_1, x_2, \ldots, x_n )$, Walsh averages (or pairwise averages) are defined as follows:
$$ \frac{x_i + x_j}{2}, $$where $1 \leq i \leq j \leq n$.
